Unprofessional and unaccountable Hotel

The Hotel doesn't have a backup generator, when there's no electricity ,it's a dark city Hotel. I'm very disappointed with the service there , I recently booked at the Hotel , not even a single person of the staff bothered to come and explain what was happening and what was being done to resolve the situation, our stay was cut short because there was no water and electricity, toilets didn't flush, it was dark, our phone batteries were flat, we didn't even receive our breakfast as it was inclusive in our booking. The manager didn't even make an apology, it was just a disaster. Our weekend was horrible to be honest. We had to leave!
