Disappointed customer

There is a rude lady called rebecca who is supposed to be the restaurant manager there which is so indecisive and she does not consider any of the guests concerns and the waitress called karabo who does not care about our concerns as well. They just dismissed us like it wasn’t their fault that we found ourselves in the predicament in the first place....I work with customers myself and I find it utterly disappointing how they treated us...I don’t recommend this hotel after this ordeal. I’m shocked that this kind of rudeness is still turned a blind eye over as to think that we paid money thinking we are coming to relax with family but to our suprise we came to be disrespected and treated like *******. Thanks to these two ladies I’m no longer coming back to this hotel or Rustenburg ever again
