BAD SERVICES

I attended a event at royal marang on the 24 Feb and I had two bottle of 440 ml Sol to go the club house and I was approached by security guard without a name tag and told me i cant go in with the alcohol I then ask him to call the manager on duty and they call the manager ,I raised the two issues with the duty manager that the security guard doesn't want to disclose his name and why I can go in with my 2 bottle while don't have sol on stock.the duty manager just said it hotel rules with bad attitude and she didn't attend to issue of name tag.

I then called the hotel to ask for manager,she came and spoke to me ,I raised the two issue and she said if that the case i need to levy or fee to my surprise the club duty manager didnt disclose this information ,I then request feedback on my complain she promise she will call me during the course of the week with feedback to date ,I have not received feedback from her.I would like this to be investigated and proper process to take place
