Excellent customer service! Royal London 360

<p>I've had a wonderful experience so far with Royal London 360 / &nbsp;RL360 so I wanted to share my story and write them a review. &nbsp;I am not great with technology so I find the online portal a little much for me. Whenever I need to access my quantum savings plan and track how it's doing, instead of using the portal, I call the customer service team and hound them for updates. &nbsp;They are always so kind and helpful and always answer my questions patiently and no matter how long I take they never rush me! They have even tried to teach me how to use the online portal a few times but I think they have given up on that front. I like to tell myself they look forward to hearing from me, or at least that is what I tell myself.&nbsp;</p> <p>Thanks for your wonderful service and patience RL360, refreshing that real customer service still exists!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
