Royal Limousine Services BAD ATTITUDE

Bad, bad, bad service! I responded on a special they have which included a welcome gift. When they said it's not in stock, I asked via email if I can swop for something else like a welcome drink. A woman phoned me with such a bad attitude. Without introducing herself she asked met what's my problem and that I obvious can't afford the service and that I should use another company. I merely asked for what they advertised on the special. I almost paid the full amount upfront, but just waited to hear what they can offer in place of the gift. What a way to treat a customer! Luckily I did not pay! Fly by night company! BE WARNED!
