Please stay far away from Royal Limousine Services Ottery, they'll hold your deposit or overpayment hostage, try to con you further and worse to work against the consumer rights act

Please people don't ever use this company.

It was my wedding day on the 14th January 2023. On the 9th of January 2023 I contacted them to make sure that everything is in order, Shanaaz Allie mentioned that everything is in order and that I'm outstanding a R3350, but I already paid my booking in full on the 21 December 2022. There after she realized that I over paid and mentioned that it would be paid in my account after my wedding. Here's where things get worse, for our photo shoot the driver abandoned my wedding party and I at Claremont gardens without any explanation or notice. After returning, while waiting for a whole 25 minutes, the driver didn't even apologize at all. We were late for our wedding reception due to waiting on the driver. While at my wedding reception we offered that the driver eat with our family and friends and he had the audacity to say he doesn't want to eat our food. My reception wasn't even over, my guest was still busy with desert and the driver (Michael) walks up to our main table to say we have to end our function because he wants to leave and that was before 15:30. As a bride I was stunned that my father and groom went to sort the matter out, the driver left on his own accord and drove off with my **** of honors cellphone. After the event we had to hire 4 ubers for the whole bridal party to get home which was after 4pm. One of the uber drivers was literally the limo driver that picked up the groomsmen, they were beyond livid and he told them he wanted to leave early so he could make extra money for himself.

On the 16th of January my father went to pick up my **** of honors phone and laid the complaint. They didn't even take it into consideration. When I contacted them today on the 20th for my over payment, Shanaaz mentioned that she'll pay it on the end of the month because I wouldn't have known of it if she didn't search the payment, but this people was prepared to con me out of a Further R3350.

Being in the legal industry I gave them a deadline which they didn't keep. All I wanted was my own money, I am in every right to sue them for the damages caused and for the unexpected extra costs that was incurred.

Dear consumers please don't ever think of using this company for any function, they don't have etiquette, no customer service, and the worst service to ever use.
