HORRIBLE SERVICE - DO NOT USE!!!

It is sad to read that other people has to experience the same bad service and horrible attitude of SHANAAS ALLIE at Royal Limousine Services. We booked a limo for my brother in law's bachelors and due to circumstances beyond our control we cancelled the service 2 months in advance. We contacted Shanaas and she had this horrible attitude but agreed to a refund of the dep of R4475 less R1000. We had asked if she could bring it down to R500 seeing that cancelled two months in advance without success. This woman is so horrible its unbelievable, she has a terrible attitude. She said they only do payments once a month and we will have to wait until the end of the month, we waited, nothing... Next month new excuse. This happened July 2014. The next excuse was they dont make enough money and cant afford to return my deposit. Then she promised in Dec 2014 and then Feb 2015. I contacted her in May and she said their computer crashed and she lost my info. She was so horrible to me, I threatened her with a letter from my attorney and the clerk from the small claims court. finally after 1 year I received my dep less R1000. She simply said we shouldve read the T+C's. PLEASE DONT USE
