Conned by Royal Limousine

I booked a limo for 10hoours for my wedding the 19/12/2021. When we had to go on our Photoshoot from 3pm around the Peninsula, the limo's propshaft gave in before we even reached our destinantion no photos could be taken. i was told by the owner i will be refunded if i can arrange transport for myself and the bridal party, which i did and had to pay again. When i asked when will i be refunded i was told the 20th yesterday was the 20th when i told them today is the 20th their response was the 20 January 2022 and they will block me on whats ap until they decide to refund me monies. I have lost R4500.00 because Royal Limousine does not service thei vehicles before sending them on 10 hours trips. Hello Peter please help i need my money refunded asap as i have incurred a big lost on my wedding day because of all the inconvenience caused by Royal Limousine. I refuse to wait till the 20/01/2022 for a refund when i was inconvenienced the 19/12/2021.
