There’s no Royal in Royal Jordanian

For your Comfirmation: I will not sit my foot in another Jordanian plane What a nightmare... I booked my ticket in advance because I travel a lot. I was traveling from Istanbul to Amman (transit) on my way to Abu Dhabi. The first flight was already delayed because we waited at Istanbul airport for 3 hours.

When I arrived in Amman they treated me so bad! This is unprofessional and unacceptable— so I couldn’t go on the transfer flight to AD without any explanation or appologies. I don’t even know why they appoint workers like this. Unprofessional and uneducated , they can’t even apologize for their fault. It definitely does not end here... guess what happened next?! I had to wait for another 4 hours at the airport (and I had a surgery yesterday) I don’t feel or look good... but they made me wait here! That’s nothing! The next moment the flight was delayed for the 3rd time!!

I’m exhausted, tired, sick and very irritated by this unprofessional service!

I don’t think that I will ever travel with them again.

Sorry but this is ridiculous! You made me feel unwelcomed.
