Harassment by establishment

After placing meals and complaining of the dissatisfaction, i was harassed by an employee of this establishment who had gotten by contact number off my order, despite continuous attempts to call the owner ...none has been successful...do not support an establishment whereby a complaint gets laid on poor meal offerings ...they decide to re deliver a meal which was excellent but on their own accord but as a client i am harassed by staff for complaining yet its my money spent on poor meals..*********
