They promised to fix serious safety and habitability issues before I moved in — loose stove, exposed nails, broken cupboards, no hot water, and more — but never completed the repairs. Access to the property was restricted, making it unsafe and unlivable. After vacating, they refused to return my deposit, despite the exit inspection proving no tenant damage. Their conduct demonstrates misrepresentation, negligence, and a complete disregard for tenant rights. Avoid at all costs.
