Terrible service

DO NOT USE this business. Incredibly unprofessional. We struggled to get hold of the owner to commit to an installation date. On the day they were supposed to arrive at 11:00 in the morning and they arrived at 4:30pm in the afternoon! Only to be dropped off by owner with half the products and no tools. They couldn’t finish the installation and was still on site at 7:30 at night for a small installation of one countertop! The owner again couldn’t be reached to collect his staff and we eventually decided to go drop them at a nearby garage only for him to arrive as we were leaving at 7:45 at night. He then came out the next day in the afternoon again no communication just dropping the staff. They managed to finish with our tools that we provided. Please save yourself from incredible frustration and poor service by looking for an alternative company. The owner is not a man of his word and his poor staff are left to deal with the mess.
