********** Dealings with Royal Granite Tops

I was quoted on the 14 Jan 2023 for 2 pieces of Granite. Morven came out to site and confirmed that all was in order and I would receive details of who to pay on that day and once payment is done they would install. I did payment for 2 pieces of Granite and only 1 was installed. That piece costed R1800 arrived on site and the second piece was R4600 and it never arrived and I was told that it would be installed in a few days. I have been given the run around and false promises from the 16 Jan until today. At first they did not take my calls. Eventually I called from another number and they answered and made promises again which was not honoured. It's so frustrating and I am baffled as to why they would take the money and not deliver as per agreement. I would just like my refund back now.
