Disappointing Granite Supplier. How to turn good into bad!

Ordered granite patio table top. It was delivered with sharp corners instead of rounded bullnose edges as it should have been. The delivery team advised that they could do it at my property for R600. I called Charles (Manager/Owner) and advised that it should have been done before delivery, so they should do it at no charge. The team cut the edges at my property and left, however they had not polished the edges sufficiently leaving them dull and lifeless. Despite several calls and Whatsapps asking for them to come and finish the job properly, they refuse to do so. They now just cut off my calls as soon as they know I am calling them and ignore my WhatsApp messages. What could have been a great job, they have now turned into a disaster. Avoid at all costs!
