Very pathetic and poor service delivery by Pretoria Region

Very poor Service delivery at Royal Funerals .The Royal funerals is treating people like trash I wish our Government can intervene in such behavior thinking of us as poor people spending monies Monthly paying them at end of so many Months paying them your claim gets declined because of late settlements in one Month .What frustrates mostly is that I did explain to them while joining that I suggest the debit order because I’m always working away from their offices .I only skipped one Month which is September as I was down Durban working there I came back and settle both Months and with bad luck my sister in-law passed as well on the 08th November 2021 .I tried pushing my claim to them and it was declined as they claim that I only settle them late of which I think is so unfair as I don't remember signing any such agreement with them .Hello Peter please assist me to recover all the funds settled to them(Royal Funerals) .
