Horrible

Hi, my husband took out the services offered by the above funeral parlour. The service delivery is so poor it is painful to deal with the *********** people that work for this Comapnay. The offices in Marabastad is not even able to print slips adn update the book. We are always told when last we paid and that the payments dont reflect I am personally paying via EFT to their FNB account. I dont know what will happen should should one of my family memebers pass on. I am deeply worried about this matter and this is the only Funeral Society I have
