Arrogance and disrespect we are fed as customers.

This entity has no respect for its customers. I have been asking them for more than 3 months to fix an error that they committed and till today after numerous calls to their hopeless Omphetse at the Hebron branch, Facebook messages and emails no one has had the time to call me and find out how this matter can be resolved. They are quick to post fancy pictures on their profile but useless when it comes to take care of the people that have made their business successful.
