Royal doing me dirty

They did not allocate my payments and now I am busy sending them P.O.P's and they only say they will get back to me on top of that i am receiving sms's that my policy was cancelled my policy was rejoined again and waiting period is 6 months how when I have been paying this is too much their urgents on whatspp are unprofessional aswel I am not happy at all this it's been going on for long now I am not getting help.
