Never ever join Royal BBS they are ****** !!!

For anyone who has a policy with them please have a plan B. When it's time to claim they will come with different stories. Thier policies are under written by different companies every month and nothing is in black and white. There are no updates to customers whatsoever. That owner is a ***** and doesn't answer calls. He is arrogant and knows nothing about customer service. All their landline numbers are disconnected,thier email addresses are bouncing back. Overall in my option that company does not exist anymore. My lawyers have been struggling to reach him for the past 2months but justice will be served!
