Don't care attitude from Royal Funeral Services.

Bad terrible experience, very unreliable staff. Royal Funeral services should up their standard. We handed our claim in time, later we are called and we were told that one of their personnel deliberately did not submit our claim.

This is a shocking a kind of service that we get. They didn't care if we were going to use the money. We buried our dependent. in great shock that Royal staff members did not even made an update, to ask us if we were paid or not.
