Royal System Error - No Compensation

Bad Service and ******** People at the time of Burial, my granny covered my uncle and my mom, as per Royal policy it should not their system should pick up that the person is covered already, since it's their fault they refuse to compensate my mother, she's not working wanted to contribute, she can't now because of Royal error, if she knew she should have paid where she would be compensated.
