**** bad service really bad

Very very bad service This is the second time i have tried making a small loan in wich i dont get any responce from them of loan status! And now all the offices is closed for easter weekend! I phoned the yesterday and they said they have all my info but its pension day so i have to wait they are helping the people for pension day and wil get to my application when they are done? So how does that work i did my appication 2 days before pension day and i have to wait for service????
