Refusual to payout for Sold motor cycle

As Antoinette Jacobs and Alan Bayley are representing Royal Enfield in Germiston I approached them to sell my Royal Enfield motorbike in December 2014. Shortly after I left my motorbike with Antoinette she notify me of a prospective buyer but that she need some time to save money to afford the purchase price. I made several enquiries over the past 4 months as to the progress on this and Antoinette assured the prospective buyer will be ready by April 2015.<br> On the 14 April 2015 Antoinette acknowledge that the buyer paid for the motor bike in December 2014 and took delivery of it on 17 January 2015. She also acknowledge that they use the funds and cannot pay me. I made several request to process payment and or hand over my motor cycle back to me.
