Cancelled order to claim refund
I am working at National union of Mineworkers in Klerksdorp. On 25 July 2013, we approached by an Agent from Royal Crown, which was selling hard drives, tablets, speakers, printers ext. We agreed on the debit order for R500,00 per month, for a set consist of HD Projector, Tablet 16 gig, speakers, Printers and all that worth R13999,00.

They started to deduct as from August 2013 until I cancelled the order by email in November 2014 and claiming the refund. I called their office several time, referring me to their Director National whom we started communicating by emails. I gave him all information that he asked for but still no refund.

They responded that the company policy has been changed in September 2014 i.e. no refunds will be made instead they will sent you a list of items to choose from. They did not inform or send a document stating the changes in terms of their company policy and the list of items to choose from.

My colleague also claimed refund, they agreed and said they have already made payment to her account but as per her bank statement there is nothing like that, when she ask for proof of payment they promise but nothing is happening.

Please help us.
