Royal craft *******ly debits my account

Today i got an sms , saying that , a one company by the name of ROYAL CRAFT had debited , my FNB account , this transaction is ******* , as i have no contract or what so ever with this company called royal craft ,when you call their office number *** no one answers the phone , i have instructed my bank to reverse the debit order , and to put a STOP to these ******* transactions
