Windows and Door Order - Lucia Tyesi

I'm writing this on behalf of Ms Lucia Tyesi. Ms Tyesi is working in our offices.<br> <br> She ordered and paid Mr Ismail of Royal Cape Glass & Aluminium for 3 windows and 2 doors. The amount of about R16 000,00 was paid on 16 February 2016. <br> <br> She was told that the finished product will be delivered to her, 1 to 2 weeks after payment received. It's now been 12 weeks after payment and Ms Tyesi have not received her order/delivery. Mr Ismail comes up with excuses and promises that never materialize. He also ignores many of her calls and sms'e. <br> <br> I, Conrad Schutte, send him an email on behalf of Ms Tyesi last week requesting an explanation. He rep**** saying he will deliver on Tuesday, 12 April. No word from him again and Ms Tyesi cannot get hold of him today!<br> <br> She demands delivery from him within 48hrs or the refund of her money. In failing to comply we will assist her with a Small Claims Court application to summons him to appear in front of the Small Claims Court.
