still waiting for my refund

<p>Hellopeter update about Royal Cape Class and Aluminium has done nothing so far .We got an SMS early hours of Saturday asking us 2 resend our bank details 4 the deposit of our R3000 2 be refunded as his client had transferred his money .After we resend our bank details .The man SMS us and told us 2 remove the post be 4 he refund us and told us that he was going 2 c his lawyers about the post .He told us 2 expect a call from him ..We told him to ahead . as we won't remove the post. .After few hours we asked him if he going 2 refund us or he lawyer was going 2 call us .He said he was going 2 pay but the money will be from Capital bank .I sand my Capital account .but nothing happened till thi s day .What can we do ..?</p>
