Poor service delivery and poor customer service

I received a quote of R78 000 on the 10/08/17 from Royal Cape glass and alluminium.I made a of R50 000 on the same day.The owner has been postponing my service delivery since.I went several ttimes to their office and they just promise to come.I never knew that I am dealing with ******.
