<p>I am writing this on behalf of Joyce Adams-she paid a deposit of R5000 on 24 February 2017 for 2 windows and a front door. It was confirmed that delivery would take place 10 days after payment is received. It is now 4 months later and no delivery has taken place. Both Joyce, myself and my husband has made numerous phone calls to Mr Ismail, each time with promises to refund the money, but this has never happened. It seems they prey on single ladies who are vulnerable if I read the previous story. Exactly the same-so frustrating that such businesses can continue without any consequence. We will also assist Joyce with her claim at Small claims court-hopefully they can be stopped before they do this to someone else.</p>
