Service Excellence

I have a British Short Hair Cat that eats nothing but Royal Canin Brithish short hair, in fact she would rather starve than eat inferior food, I placed my order with Circle of Friends petshop in Langeberg Mall. Unfortunately the depot was out of stock. Edith the sales represntative for Royal Canin in the George/Mosselbay area quickly assited me and special ordered food from PE. She has gone out her way to assist me, and the food will be delivered to my doorstep. Also a big thumbs up for Circle of Friends that also helped a lot with payment arrangement. Queen Victoria thanks you from the bottom of her heart. It's so awesome that people still cares for service excellence
