Royal Canin is a useless company
My diabetic cat needs Royal Canin Diabetic food. This useless company cannot do a simple thing like deliver the correct food, on time. My vet has been ordering the food for over a week, and each time they either do not deliver, or deliver the wrong food. Today they sent 3 bags of dog food. The worst part is that I can't just go and buy it anywhere, because they insist that it needs a script (It's a cat for God's sake - no cat ever died from eating funny food. Why the hell does it even need a script!?!)

17 Jun 2020, 15:09Royal Canin contacted me direct after I sent them a complaint. They very kindly sent the food direct to me, free of charge, and also raised the matter with their distributor, to remedy the situation.
