offers free loyalty cards but dont supply

I along with a lot of other people have free loyalty cards with you, i spend a lot of money on your products but apparently you are not supplying the free packets of biscuits to customers as there are 18 customers waiting at petwise in watercrest mall in kzn waiting for their free gifts but you are not supplying, not right .....
