Issuing of Invalid Coupons

I recently purchased a puppy from a breeder and received coupons for when I buy my next bag of Royal Canin.<br> <br> These discount coupons say that they can be redeemed at any Vet Store. I went to the vet store in Cavendish Square, Cape Town and was told that they did not have authorization to accept the vouchers and were waiting for a response from Royal Canin. I tried again a few weeks later and still am not able to use the coupons.<br> <br> I emailed Royal Canin to enquire why they would distribute coupons that are not valid and have received absolutely no response from them.<br> <br> Pretty crumby customer service that makes one want to change brands.
