False Claims on Vetirinary Grade Urinary Food

I've been Faithfully feeding both my cat's your Urinary care for Felines. I have a male cat (Gizmo) 9 years, who previously had Struvite stones in 2014, that was passed without surgery and we then started both my cats on the Urinary food as controlling two different types of foods was seriously unrealistic. This means I've been religiously feeding my cats ONLY Royal Canine Urinary Food without any other snacks ext. The past two weeks my female (kitty) 12 years who have had no issues in past started struggling with her urination (Excessively squatting and struggling to pass urine) I took her to Vet (Wierdabrug Animal Hospital in Valhalla just to discover with a scan and X tray's she has Bladder stones (5 in total between 1-1.5cm each) With this said the very friendly doctor advised that Hills (Your biggest competitor) on this range will be sending the stones to Menisoda in the USA for further testing, Now with these tests, they have discovered that these are indeed Struvite Stones that have been removed. I please need to understand your claims on packaging and registration as I have knowledge of claims on animal feed alongside Act 36 in South Africa Surely there should be some money-back guarantee, To also inform you I have now moved both my cats over to Hills food with immediate effect as you claim treatments on your packaging that is definitely not true This is false advertising, your veterinary range of food is expensive and if the food doesn't do as you claim I might have just bought the supermarket knockoffs as I would have saved tons of money and the end goal would have been the same I'm not very happy with the outcome of the surgery for my cat. The first Veterinarian in Lyttelton advised on putting her down due to the age of 12 years. I could have lost my cat if I have left this unattended without surgery I please expect a reply on my mail as I am considering going to the South African Onbutsman with this, I spend THOUSANDS of rands alone on food over the past years let alone this is excluding the massive Veterinary bills I have to pay for surgery and treatment Please note I will now advise all the people I know in the pet food industry as well as my friends and family what false claims you make on packaging
