Excellant Service !!!!!!

A few months ago I had changed my cats over to the Royal Canin cat food, I had slowly started to introduce the new cat food, but all three the cats started throwing up. We took the food back to the pet shop and they contacted Royal Canin. I was soon phoned by the Vet and they promised that the food would be tested. I thought ok well thats the last I would hear. A few weeks later the Vet again phoned to say that the food tested fine, he then went on to find out the type of cats I have, there ages, habits, etc. He again phoned me back later that week and suggested that I put the cats onto Royal Canin kitten Maine **** pellets, he explained how to slowly get them used to the food. He then asked me to give him feedback but I have since lost his phone number. The cats are thriving on the food and look really healthy. What excellent service!!!!!! Thank you Royal Canin
