The customer service from Royal Canin is unbeatable! We got 'n new kitten and she is of course on Royal Canin. They have various promotions where you can buy any bag of food and get one free, or get R300 off on any purchase. I struggled to register and get the discounts and so I emailed them. Immediately got a reply every time I contacted them and they went out of their way to assist me. Great to know there is still suck efficient companies.
