Very bad..I bought I...

Very bad..I bought I new house, the things that were on my approved plan are not yet done...but I'm paying for them.. the developer is saying he is not going to do them. The owner have no respect, when we are complaining to him he shouts and denies everything...he is denying even our pans. We are paying for things that we don't have but suppose to have...please help us.
