Unauthorized debit

i got the sms from this company Royal Benefits that they are going too debit R 99 from my account on 31 Jan 2019. i do not even know this company or what they do. i do not remember signing a deal or verbal agreeing to their business. i am quite sure that someone at the bank sells our information to these ******. i will appreciate it if the banks can investigate this matter urgently. we do not want our hard earned money be taken for free.
