Un authorised debit order R99

And then there are these people who just think they own this country. They have the nerve to tell me that they will be debiting R99 from my account on the 15th Nov 2018....Debit for what?? who gave you the permission to debit R99 from my account??? And then i call them on this durban number ********** and guess what, i cant get through.

For the love of God is there anyway you can do business without just taking people's money for fun??? This is really not working for me !
