money debited **********ly

I was contacted by Mbali agent of the company she offered me a nice tangible package on mid November 2014 and I was interested to take the package and told the agent to call me around Dec to conclude that sale knowing that by that time I'll be financially strong to pay the once-off admin fee of R299 and Mbali insisted that I take that package on Nov but all will start by Dec I then spoke to the supervisor who confirmed that sale his name is Prince I also informed him that I want to start with them on Dec they must debit my acc before or after Christmas day and 1st premium of R85/99 premium will be on the 25th of Jan and he was okay with that, I was so surprised to see a debit order on the very same month I told them not to debit, amount of R299 was debited on Nov I tried to call them on the number they gave me but it was discontinuing till 2 weeks ago after I made a reversal of R99 after they debited premium amount they then called me different person trying to offer me the very same package wich I didn't even get a ref number but money being debited.
