Disgusting Customer Service

I’ve never been so frustrated in my life and thanks to Royal Bataung accommodating, I booked and paid a month ago then on Saturday (15/12/19) 1 hour before check in they called to say they are fully booked and have cancelled my reservation and that they are processing my refund. After driving all the way from Joburg and they decided to give someone else who is more important my reserved accommodation and I had to sort myself out. Royal Bataung I will NEVER EVER book your accommodation again and I will never allow any of my friends/family members to use you and I will ensure that everyone knows about the treatment that you give to your customers. YOUR SERVICE IS DISGUSTING AND IM GOING TO POST THIS IN ALL THE SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS!!! The whole world will know about how poor customer service
