Disgusting Service

DO NOT make use of Royal Auto Trimmers & Upholstery in Hadji Ebrahim Avenue, Belgravia company's services except if you have money to throw away. The initial contact was amazing and led to believe that my job will be handled efficiently and to top standards. Concern # 1: My job was completed 4 weeks later than my initial quote. After numerous enquiries it was completed Concern # 2: Aesthetically the job was done very well but after a day or two things became undone. It was brought to the attention of Zahier and Rushka Fredericks and they were to check it out. Contact was made as well as promises.

To date I have had no contact from the owner-couple. No remedy to the problems caused by their company and it has been months. Customer service is pathetic and my money has been wasted. Bad Google reviews get deleted by the owners so that is futile. At this point in time I have cut my losses but I wish to alert people of the dishonest manner in which this company operates. As a side note, their services are not cheap so I have lost a considerable amount of money! Then again, no business has ever survived on ************ business ethics.
