Royal Alarms are *****ing my money

Our contract with Royal Alarms was cancelled in , October 2017. They debited our bank account at the end of October for an amount of of R550. I tried calling the accounts department on 8 occasions, I was told that the lady in the accounts department is not at work, or on leave, off sick, my number is taken for someone to phone me back, but I am still waiting for someone to phone me. Thenter I receive a flyer in the postbox, informing me that Royal Alarms is being taken over by Mnzanzi as of 1st December. I did phone them, and state my query and concern. Yesterday I received an sms to inform me of the debit order date ànd so forth, I phoned Mnzanzi, to ask them to remove my details from their system, as I do not have any contract with them, but I am still waiting for a return of my call, so I can get them to stop all correspondence with me.
