Royal Air Maroc & lost baggage

In May 2019 I flew from Oliver Tambo via Abu Dhabi to Morocco. My baggage was mislaid and found again some two weeks later. Royal air Maroc accepted liability and asked that I buy myself a set of kit. This I did and following their suggestions, submitted a claim on my return in May 2019. As nothing had happened by September, resubmitted the claim. To date nothing has been repaid and no response was received.
