I had a accident where I hit a pothole and damaged my suspension. I was luckily able to keep control of the vehicle however Roxsure Insurance is now refusing to pay for the damage as there "isn't enough damage" and only if there was more damage to the car, and not only the suspension, would they pay. The Assessor, Gavin Johnston from Tembiso Assessing clearly doesn't understand what accident damage is. So only if my life was at risk and I completely wrote off my car are these insurance brokers willing to pay. Unacceptable and completely *********.
