Disgusting, unprofessional bunch of idiots

I have had insurance with Roxsure for over three years. Last year I met into an accident because a guy turned infront of me at a robot. This accident happened in May 2017 and I am still following up and begging Roxsure to get back to me on my excess - that I had to pay for an accident that was not my fault. I was assured that Roxsure would recover the money from the 3rd Party. For a while, they followed up and then nothing - no communication whatsoever. In addition, the one idiot had the audacity on email to include me (for a mail that was meant for internal communication purposes) - passing the buck and saying just tell the client the case is closed and no excess can be recovered!

When the hell did the situation change? And you guy come back saying you are a professional outfit? The consultant I dealt with was Gugu Maphosa. He cannot return phonecalls or keep his clients updated. What an absolute waste of a company!

I will definitely be speaking to my lawyer and file charges against the company. Watch this space!
