Change your name to Roxanne *****s instead

Wed twenty first June I ordered two digital products as they were meant to be part of a gift box to someone dear. Fully aware that digital products arrive immediately via email I went ahead with the purchase. Also had my eye on the 50 Envelope Challenge but first wanted to put this co to the test.

Once payment had gone through, immediately only 1 of the downloads appeared but sometimes tech doesn't always work, I waited for the email. But the 1 download link I already had came back as download link for both.

I then emailed the business with order number R B 1 0 2 2 advising of such together with a screen recording video as proof, then was told it would be rectified & she would get back to me as soon as possible so I exercised patience.

Waited a week and sent another email but in the meantime sourced what I needed for the gift elsewhere as the matter was time sensitive.

Subsequently I noticed the website is down, can no longer access the site 🤨 It's not about the money but the principle. Such people should not be in business.

This co is clearly a **** as I paid for an item I have not received, worse still never bothered to even respond to me. To the masses out there, stay away from R o x a n n e B u d g e t s as they ooze unprofessionality and thievery.
