Untreated blocked pipes

I am terribly disappointed by the service delivery of this service provider. Over a period or nearly a year now, I have attempted and engaged with this business for pipes cleaning services. I received a DD quote initially but despite my best efforts I was not able to secure a full invoice.

Last week I escalated to management and received what appeared initially to be a positive response. This now has transpired to be lip service, had no invoices were submitted or follow up.

I would not recommend this business to anyone and I hope this post will assist the business to improve service delivery and prioritize it’s customers.
