ROWCOR PROPERTIES - THIS UNPROFESSIONAL BUNCH THINK THEY CAN HOLD THEIR CLIENTS TO RANSOM

I have been a property owner for almost 20 years with a fairly extensive property portfolio. Consequently, I have had dealings with most of the agents that operate within the Sandton area.

This is without doubt one of the most unpleasant, unprofessional experiences I have ever had with an agency in all my years in this business.

The dealer principal, Eleanor Jacobs believes she can hold her clients to ransom ... well, I am certainly one that will never ever be dictated to by her again.

Whether you are an seller, buyer, tenant or landlord My advice is: ... STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE !!!!!!

I will be taking this matter up with the Estate Agency Board after Lockdown !
