Rowcor properties: late rent payment despite tenants paying on time

I've had such an unpleasant experience with Rowcor. My husband and I own a property in joburg and both live in cape town as I recently moved. Tenants were placed using rowcor and our experience has been very unpleasant

We then decided it would make better sense for them to manage said property because we're in cape town. For the past two months we've gotten the rent way late although tenants are paying on time, they dont help with the management of the propert but still charge us every month. When tenants have issues they are not reachable and the tenants have instead decided to deal directly with us.

We got the rent for June on the 18th, after several of my emails were ignored, as well as messages and calls.

At this point I'd rather get the rental directly because these people are useless.
